Scheduled Services include relines, rebuilds,

Relines
HSC provides full and partial relines on single ram,
two ram and three ram balers. A typical reline consists
of the following work, replacing all wear plates with
AR 400 or better:
- Remove main ram cylinder from baler
- Remove main ram platen
- Remove gathering platen and cylinder from baler
- Remove ejector platen from baler
- Remove all wear plates
- Remove floor plates
- Grind all surfaces smooth and install new wear plates
- Install and adjust holdowns
- Rotate and shim shear blades to manufacturer's specifications
- Replace hold ups, guides and nuts and bolts
- Reinstall existing main ram cylinder
- Test baler operation

Rebuilds
If you are not ready to dive into a new piece of equipment
but your current machine is just not performing up to
speed, we have a solution. HSC's experienced staff can
rebuild your equipment, bringing it back to operational
specifications. Depending on the extent of work required,
HSC can rebuild the equipment on site, or at our warehouse
located in Waco, Texas.

Modem Work & Programming
HSC offers over 20 years of experience in modem work and system
programming. In the event of a system crash, HSC has an extensive
library of manufacture specification programming to get your
equipment back up and running.

fit the customer's needs.
